Contact Data: Email address for billing and technical notifications.
Transaction Data: Details about payments made via Mobile Money (MoMo) or Card.

2. Purpose of Processing

Manage your hosting account and provide technical support.
Comply with Rwandan tax and telecommunications regulations.
Communicate service updates and security alerts.

3. Data Storage & Localization

Local Storage: In accordance with Article 50 of the Data Protection Law, your personal account data is stored on secure infrastructure within Rwanda.
Security: We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and firewalls to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties when:

Domain Registration: Required by RICTA or international registries for domain ownership.
Legal Obligation: Required by the Rwanda National Police or the NCSA under a valid legal warrant.
Payment Processing: Securely shared with payment gateways (e.g., Flutterwave) to process your RWF transactions.

5. Your Data Rights

As a data subject in Rwanda, you have the right to:

Rectify: Update incorrect information in your Client Portal.
Erasure: Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements).
