Geni_Us Rwanda Group
1. Acceptance of Services
By registering an account or purchasing any service from Geni_Us Rwanda Group (hereinafter "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. Service Provision & Hosting
- Account Activation: Services are provisioned automatically upon successful payment in RWF.
- Uptime Guarantee: We strive for 99.9% network uptime. Maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance via the Announcement Bar.
- Resource Usage: You agree not to exceed the limits of your selected plan (Basic, Pro, or Elite). Excessive use that impacts server stability may result in temporary suspension.
3. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
- Security Threats: Phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized scanning.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails.
- Resource Abuse: Crypto-mining, botnets, or scripts that overload the CPU/RAM.
4. Billing, Payments, and RWF Currency
- Annual Billing: All services are billed on a 365-day cycle.
- Automatic Suspension: Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Accounts unpaid 3 days after the due date will be automatically suspended by the system.
- Termination: Data on suspended accounts is deleted after 30 days of non-payment. The Company is not liable for data loss due to non-payment.
- Refunds: Due to the costs of domain registration and immediate server provisioning, all annual sales are final.
5. Limitation of Liability
Geni_Us Rwanda Group provides services "as is." While we perform regular backups, the Client is ultimately responsible for maintaining off-site backups of their data. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
